In 2015 Tracey published the Star Leadership curriculum used in over 100 schools and youth organizations internationally. The curriculum was written with “life lessons around the ballet barre” that Tracey taught for over 28 years with her students in her dance schools. 

 

The curriculum is divided into junior and teen level lesson plans with over 40 individual lessons of servant leadership character value based lessons. Each lesson includes a digital and tangible lesson plan, a powerpoint and video that is easy to follow for the instructor.
