Tracey Wozny is owner and director of Shapes Dance and Acro Studio in the rural Missouri area for over 25 years where she has educated and trained over thousands of children in the performing arts and leadership. She is the founder of Taking Shape non-profit organization whose mission is to grow young leaders who impact others Here, Near and Far.
She is the author of the Taking Shape STAR Leadership curriculum that is studied by over 10,000 children ages 8-18 nationwide. The Taking Shape curriculum is based on the character values of Trust, Service, Love, Excellence and Growth.
In 2016 she partnered with the Lephare Orphanage in Port au Prince, Haiti where she launched a mission camp organization that serves over 2000 children. The Taking Shape mission camps are week long performing arts, sports and leadership camps.
Tracey is passionate about sharing her youth leadership experience with the hope of influencing the lives of the next generation.
